Abstract: The dye type brightener has generated even ,leveled and bright deposit over a wide range of current densities ,which was more suitable for complicated workpiece ,and it was easy to adjust and maintain the plating solution .The operation temperature range of the 920-dye acidic copper plating was up to 40¡æ, which throwing power ,covering power and electrochemical test were almost equal to those of the abroad counterparts. The characteristics of 920-dye acidic copper plating and the performance testing and maintenance of the bath had been presented.
